Library Cards & Borrowing

You need a library card to borrow materials from the Moreno Valley Public Library. This card also lets you borrow books and materials from other libraries in the Riverside and San Bernardino County Library systems. Library cards are free to all Riverside and San Bernardino County residents.

To get a library card:

  • Go to the front desk of the Library and request the form.
  • Have a current picture identification, such as a driver's license or California ID, and proof of current address. You can use a recent utility bill, pre-printed check, or piece of mail to show proof of current address.
