Capital Improvement Plan

The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) identifies projects required through the ultimate General Plan build-out of the City to improve and maintain the City’s infrastructure.
The CIP is published every two years and includes new capital projects. It is adopted in coordination with the City’s two-year budget cycle. Previously approved projects remain with each revision and are carried over until the project or designated project phase is complete. The CIP also includes information about completed projects and deleted projects with applicable justifications for removal.
