elevate for leaders

Elevate for Leaders helps managers and supervisors develop consistent communication practices that support a culture of transparency and collaboration. All CRC leaders will participate in this training which includes workshops on communication, coaching and feedback.

We also encourage all employees to take a look at the Elevate tools and resources to help improve communication and support this culture changing initiative. Conversations can be your most powerful tool.

Action Log: Communication at Work, a tool to support effective communications and help managers assess interpersonal communication styles, prepare for and track conversations.
Coaching Conversation Planner provides guidance and structure for effective coaching conversations.
Communication Style Adaptability Tip Sheet helps managers identify and work effectively with different interpersonal styles and approach.
Communication Planning Checklist prepares managers to conduct challenging conversations, communicate more effectively and help others better communicate.
