CRC supports employees who want to continue their education through our educational assistance program. We also offer merit-based college scholarships for employees' eligible children.
CRC reimburses education expenses for eligible employees who successfully complete approved courses of study at an accredited university, technical institution or specialized school.

Regular, full-time employees scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week. You must be in good standing with the Company, and meet a minimum good or better job performance standard.
Courses must be approved and be mutually beneficial for you and CRC. If you successfully complete a course of study with a grade of B or better, you will be reimbursed for tuition expenses only, including:
CRC reimburses up to 10 courses per calendar year. Generally, reimbursement is limited to a maximum of $50,000.
After you’ve successfully completed the courses, complete the Reimbursement Request section of the Educational Assistance Course Approval and Reimbursement Form and submit with required supporting documentation to your supervisor or department manager.
