The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) + Work/Life Program can help you and your family deal with personal challenges that might impact your health, well-being or work performance.  

The EAP + Work/Life Program is free, voluntary and completely confidential. You can start using the program on your first day of work. It is administered by Health Advocate.

who's eligible

  • You and your family members are eligible even if you don’t participate in one of CRC’s health care plans.
  • Retirees and dependents.

You have access to confidential, 24/7 telephone counseling and referral services at 866-799-2728 or on the Health Advocate website.

Employee Assistance Program Work/Life Services

Talk to a Licensed Professional Counselor for a wide range of personal issues including:

  • Stress, depression, anxiety
  • Marital relationships, family/parenting issues
  • Work conflicts
  • Anger, grief and loss
  • Drug and alcohol abuse
  • Referrals to an appropriate professional for long-term help

Confidential in-person counseling is also available at offices away from your workplace. You may be eligible to receive up to eight free counseling sessions per issue with a professional counselor.
