The Retiree Dental Plan, administered by Aetna, provides benefits for preventive dental care and other services that are essential to the proper care of your teeth.
Under current plan provisions, if you retire from CRC at age 55 or older with at least 10 years of CRC service, you and your eligible dependents are eligible for retiree medical and dental coverage. Refer to the summary plan description for eligibility details.
You pay the full cost of retiree dental coverage. Your dental plan contributions are based on the family coverage level you select. See 2016 Retiree Dental Plan rates.
